Patient survey

Papers relating to a survey carried out (by the Consumers Association and Patients Association?) concerning complaints from the public about various health service personnel - gynaeocologists, consultants, hospital doctors, surgeons - and by area. Sent to the Patients Association by Peter Sand, Chief Scientific Officer. Contains several print-outs including computer dot-matrix print-outs of data (which is difficult to interpret) with personal names. Also contains copies of letters of genuine complaints made regarding health service personnel, which appear to be related to the survey.
