In this project artists will work together with scientists to plan new Public Art Commissions 2010/12 in the UK to engage large audiences and develop scientific ideas to highlight air pollution imaginatively and examine its visibility. Curator Alice Sharp and Atmospheric Chemist Professor Peter Brimblecombe will collaborate with Dr Hugh Mortimer, Planetary and Atmospheric Research Scientist, Dr Mark Levy, GP and Clinical Research Fellow with a special interest in respiratory disease and allergy and a group of up to 7 artists.
