A painting in Rita Simon's Massive Transition style, produced by a woman suffering from agoraphobia. She painted at home at brought her artworks to her sessions with Rita Simon. She painted this artwork to illustrate her agoraphobia.

The title, date and information about the artist has been taken from notes made during conversations between Rita Simon and Wellcome staff between 1995 and 1997.
