Midven is a venture capital company based in Birmingham. It was incorporated in 1990. Each of its funds has specific investment criteria. The Rainbow Seed Fund is a £24m early-stage venture capital fund dedicated to kick-starting promising technology companies. Its partner laboratories include the Babraham Institute.
