Photograph of a framed oil painting by Henry Wyatt, 1828, depicting Edward Jenner (1749-1823), English physician and scientist. A caption has been attached to the frame, likely for display in the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum. The painting was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in a private sale in March 1930 and accessioned on 8th November 1940 (R2545/1940. Related images: V0017928, M0000635, M0007698B.
