Description
A painting in Rita Simon's Traditional Linear style, depicting a knight in armour in a boat beneath a stone archway. It was produced by a very old male patient at a psychiatric day hospital. He was paranoid and spoke a lot about his parents. The two towers in the background are his parents and the patient is the knight stuck in the boat. This information has been taken from notes made during conversations between Rita Simon and Wellcome staff between 1995 and 1997
The title has been taken from wording written on the verso..
