Tractatus de affectibus capitis (341 pp.). Tractatus de febribus (207 pp.). Remedia ad diversas indicationes (39 pp.). Medicamentorum formulae apud Medicos Londonenses usitatiores (pp. 40-73). Tractatus de formulis medicamentorum quae ad morborum curationem proscribuntur (pp. 74-260). The MS. is written by the same hand as the three Astruc MSS [Nos. 1013, 1017, 1018]-and the other Lazerme MS. [No. 3197]. Produced in Montpellier.

Biographical note

At the top of the first leaf 'Auctore Domino Lazerme Professore Monspelliensis'. On the penultimate leaf are receipts for unguents in French, by a later hand, and dated 1791.
