The MS. is written by the same hand as the three Astruc MSS [Nos. 1013, 1017, 1018]-and the other Lazerme MS. [No. 3197]. Produced in Montpellier.

At the top of the first leaf 'Auctore Domino Lazerme Professore Monspelliensis'. On the penultimate leaf are receipts for unguents in French, by a later hand, and dated 1791.
