Description
Minutes of meetings of the board of directors and of AGMs and EGMs are included in this volume, along with some related papers. Meetings were often attended by only one director. Meetings of the board were not very regular - only once a year during some years. Meetings were generally convened only for statutory purposes, such as to approve accounts or initiate transactions.
The sale of a substantial portion of the company is detailed in the minutes of the meeting of the board on 9 Jun 1960 (no page numbers given).
