25 March, 1943. Copy Lease, The London County Council to The Wellcome Foundation Ltd, of premises known as the Serum Institute Carshalton and the Laboratories Belmont. With plans to scale for each premises (both stamped 19 March, 1943).

Plan (small) to scale of Serum Institute, Carshalton, Surrey (stamped 21 August, 1943).

Copy Part One Third Schedule (Lease), Serum Institute, Carshalton: "Report on the decorative and general condition throughout the main buildings and all subsiduary buildings, stables, etc., together with a schedule of landlord's fixtures as existing on 28th January, 1943". Schedule "checked and found correct" 18 October, 1944.
