Description

Frank Rowntree, Sheffield's Health Education Officer, discusses keeping warm in winter. While it is not harmful for the majority of the population to get cold, it can be highly dangerous to very young babies and to the elderly. Rowntree describes why this is so and offers suggestions to avoid either group from getting dangerously cold.
