Obligant Book - Males Discharged

This is a large pillar bound volume. Information contained includes patient name, address, date of birth and number, name and address of Obligant, date of admission, rate of board, name of person to inform in case of patient's illness, patient's National Insurance number, whether Insurance card was surrendered, ward, recommending Doctor and date of discharge or death. This information is not fully completed for every patient. This volume relates to Section 3, 4 and 5 patients who were discharged or died between 1969 and 1970.
