Cases include sudden deaths from a variety of natural causes, accidents (including medical accidents, especially anaesthesia-related), suicide, and criminal abortion, also suspicious deaths of infants, as well as cases of murder and manslaughter. Among the cases of particular interest: medinal poisoning - suicide, 13 Jun 1944, 2 cases; coal gas poioning, suicide, 16 Jun 1944; body found on underground railway track in two parts, 16 Jun 1944; poisoning by Gardinal, 20 Jun 1944; accidental poisoning by chloral, 7 Jul 1944; judicial execution, 12 Jul 1944
