Description
Council of Trustees Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) papers. An EGM was called in March 1997 to consider resolution A (concerning sponsorship and breastmilk substitutes) and resolution B (concerning subscription). Also includes Council of Trustees papers concerning an EGM held on 3 Jul 1997 to consider three resolutions to amend the memorandum of association and articles of association of the company. The three resolutions proposed relate to commercial sponsorship from infant formula manufacturers (resolution 1), membership subscriptions (resolution 2), and procedures for the calling of future EGMs (resolution 3).
