Contains also notes and cuttings on subject of:- dermatitis herpetiformis, generalised vaccinia. Contains also references to cutaneous eruptions associated with menstruation, but on this subject see also my collected on 'Gastrotaxis in supplementary menstruation' and my GH notes on Maud Hiles (2nd series 1908). See also 2nd series of this collections for 'Herpetiform stomatitis etc' for aphthous and other affections of the genitals, for comparison with fuso-spirillary ulcero-membraneous stomatitis, gingivitis. pneumonia. Contains also Notes and Cuttings on various kinds of febrile and catarrhal herpes of lips, nose, face, hands, perineum, buttocks, male and female generative organs (penis, vulva) and cornea ('herpes corneae': superficial 'dendriform ulcer') lingual, glossopharyngeal and trigeminal (unilateral) neuralgia for comparison re neuralgias preceding, accompanying or taking the places of herpes zoster eruptions. Cancrum oris (see near the beginning of this volume); koplic spots (in measles)--affecting also intestinal mucosa, e.g. of the colon (at end of volume). Herpes simplex infections of the cornea. Contains also notes on recurrent attacks of 'herpes zoster' character at some particular part--(ie recurrent herpes zoster like eruption limited to one part of the body); and recurrent 'herpes zoster' not confined to one part. Also notes relating to the subject of 'herpes gangrenosus' etc. Also notes relating to herpes zoster--atypical forms etc--of the palate, of the membrana tympani, etc, also some cuttings on herpes zoster in general: bilateral and multiple (and generalised) herpes zoster; 'zona sine herpete', herpes zoster by contagion. Contains also some cuttings on gonorrheal infections of the mouth or rectum. Contains also cuttings on 'neurotic' or 'dyspeptic' ulcers (and superficially similar conditions) of the mouth including 'relapsing aphthous stomatitis' (neurotic ulcers), mercurial and others kinds of stomatitis from drugs such as bismuth, arsenic gold, antipyrin etc, fibrinous stomatitis, ulcerative stomatitis etc in adults and children. On 'Foot and Mouth Disease' in human beings. Contains also notes and cuttings relating to 'herpes zoster sine herpete'--and gastric cases accompanied by herpes zoster--also on herpes zoster simulating abdominal disease.
