Signed minutes of monthly meetings of Board of Management and Finance Committee. Also included are the minutes of the meeting of the Joint Co-Coordinating Committee of the Board of Management for Dumfries and Galloway Hospitals and the Board of Management for Crichton Royal Hospital in May 1971. The last meeting of the Board takes place on 10 December 1971 and the Board of Management of Crichton Royal Hospital is dissolved on 31 December 1971, 'after 132 years Crichton Royal would cease to be administered by its own governing body'.
