p. 1 'On Wheat Dressing' (1859) - includes descriptions of mixtures, recipes and methods 1856-1859, and details of how ingredients such as Arsenic and Soda Ash were used in manufacture. Also notes on the use of the products. Sales figures 1856-1862 are given on p. 21 (for dip & wheat dressing).
p. 22 1860-1865 Wheat Dressing (to p. 75) - continuation of the previous entry, with similar content. Some notes on packaging (p. 35). p. 42 is blank. Notes on cost of Wheat Dressing on pp. 53-55. pp. 60-61 are blank.
p. 100 'On the Dipping' (c. 1859-60) - includes notes on manufacture of dip, sources of supply for ingredients, machinery / tools used, quantities of raw materials.
