p. 1 'On Wheat Dressing' (1859) - includes descriptions of mixtures, recipes and methods 1856-1859, and details of how ingredients such as Arsenic and Soda Ash were used in manufacture. Also notes on the use of the products. Sales figures 1856-1862 are given on p. 21 (for dip & wheat dressing).

p. 22 1860-1865 Wheat Dressing (to p. 75) - continuation of the previous entry, with similar content. Some notes on packaging (p. 35). p. 42 is blank. Notes on cost of Wheat Dressing on pp. 53-55. pp. 60-61 are blank.

p. 100 'On the Dipping' (c. 1859-60) - includes notes on manufacture of dip, sources of supply for ingredients, machinery / tools used, quantities of raw materials. There are sales figures 1858-1863 on p. 119. p. 120 is blank. pp. 122 onwards continue the entry from 1863. pp. 142-143 are blank. Sales figures by month for 1865, for dip and wheat dressing, are given on pp. 144-145. p. 149 is blank.

'Total Sale of Dip & Wheat' figures appear on p. 133 for 1856-1866.

p. 190 'Dipping 1865' - includes details of production of dips, quality, use.

p. 196 is blank.

p. 197 'Dipping Remarks 1866' - continuing commentary as above. p. 201 is blank. Sales figures for dips in 1866, by month, are given on p. 202. Quantities sent out, by month, are given on p. 205.
