Signed and sealed Agreement as to trading: "The Scottish Company shall act as the sole Agents for the sale in Scotland of the products of the Cooper Company and any subsidiary Company or Companies controlled by the Cooper Company and shall not deal in any other goods or products except such as may be authorised from time to time in writing by the Cooper Company."

With original storage envelope, and a typescript copy of the Agreement with note attached: "Copy sent to Mr Carruthers 20/1/27".
