Sexual Deviation General: Perversion as an esteem regulator (extract of chapter by Rosen)

Copy of an extract based on, or on which was based, part of the chapter by Rosen on 'Perversion as a regulator of Self esteem which appeared in the second edition of Sexual Deviation (script is almost word for word same as the published version). This extract covers the clinical case study part of the chapter.
