Presented to the Wellcome Institute Library by the Royal College of General Practitioners, October 1997. Originally donated to the Royal College by Miss H. Gallacher.
Biographical note
After training in Glasgow Gallacher practised first in County Durham and then in Northumberland, spending most of his career in Blyth. He disappears from the Medical Directory after 1942.
