She has asked them for favourite poems, messages etc, and she will read them out. She has been a trained life coach for the last six years and co-wrote a book on life coaching. She was a facilator for a programme called Springboard which is a women's personal development programme getting women to improve their lives. Originally she was an English teacher - trained in Uganda and taught in Kenya. When she returned to the UK she realised teaching wasn't for her and then worked in a building society as a trainer.
