Biographical note
Catalyst Biomedica Ltd. was a technology transfer company established by the Wellcome Trust in 1997 to translate the results of Trust-funded research into healthcare products. More details on Catalyst can be found in its authority record (link at the bottom of the page).
In 2002 Catalyst was integrated into the main body of the Trust and a new Technology Transfer initiative was established to handle all translational projects.
