Includes share certificates transferred at the time of the takeover by Coopers in 1927. Each transfer is (normally) accompanied by a share certificate or certificates, and a completed deed which differs depending on the circumstances (eg. probate, sale).
Though the end date for the documents is as given above, some documents are stamped to indicated that they were received for action by the company after that date.

These share transfers have not been weeded because they have a small total volume, and details transactions at a high level. As they are not a complete set, it was decided that they formed a good sample in themselves without being sampled further.
