Description

Areas of redness or lividity (persistent) on the soles with local hyperidrosis. Persistent palmar erythematous areas with 'spiders'. Subject of 'burning feet' etc. Erythromelalgia ('hot' and 'cold' types) and atypical cases allied to erythromelalgia. Possible relations to paravertebral tuberculous processes affecting the sympathetic nervous system
