Description
Under the purchase/sale agreement of 1927, some of the existing directors/owners of Morris Little & Son Ltd were allowed to remain on the board of that company until the end of September 1933. This file contains documentation relating to the execution of this part of the agreement in 1933, including a formal letter of resignation. Some directors remained on the board after 1933, but were subject to the same rules of re-election as the newer directors. Also included are some board minutes.
