Description

The first volume is missing. These volumes mostly repeat information held in H64/B/01 and H64/B/02 (they contain date of admission, patient's name, parish of abode, date of discharge and reason for discharge. Ages are given from 1825). The unique information they give are the names and addresses of patient's securities. From late 1850s payment rates are given. Details of incurable patients are given at the back of each book
