About this work

Description

He visited the FSU and supervised taking blood from the base troops. It came up in bottles. All the blood was group `O' and not cross matched. Williams did not recall any reaction. Always plenty of blood and plasma. Also had dried plasma which was diluted with distilled water. Lucas subsequently became an orthopaedic surgeon in Bristol. L23063.
