Description

Including Hanot's cirrhosis, xanthema and its relation to hypercholesterinaemia, etc: and experimental necrosis and cirrhosis of all kinds. Also the whole question of cholesterol excess in diet etc and experimental work connected with that subject. Hypercholesterinaemia, 'Pseudo-xanthema elasticum'. Also choleolithiasis cases (including cases complicated by cancer). Some cases of 'catarrhal jaundice' (diagnosis). Also cases re diagnosis (such as hydatid of liver, torsion of gall bladder, etc). Re diagnosis of choleolithiasis. Also some cases of simple or uncertain hepatic cirrhosis and hepatomegaly, choleocystectomy (including ritual choleocystectomy) including possible (my later) cases of old perihepatitis. ('Zuckerguss leber' and Pick's 'pericarditic or polyserositic pseudo-cirrhosis of the liver'. Also on cystic kidneys (as the first series). Some diseases and congenital abnormalities and neoplasms of gall bladder and bile ducts (bleeding ulcer of gall bladder etc). Also re spurious biliary concretions in faeces.
