Research Papers and Events Material

The papers drawn together under this heading relate to the events organised by the journal and the Royal College of Midwives, and individuals research into the life of Dame Rosalind. The research papers in B.22 appear to have been collected purely out of personal interest. However, those of the later research in B.23 culminated in the publication of the booklet Dame Rosalind Paget in 1981, which coincided with the opening of the Rosalind Paget Room in the Royal College. Other events covered in the records include the presentation of Dame Rosalind's medals to the Royal College in 1959 and the journal's Centenary Party in 1987. Correspondence concerning the medals and presentation can be found in B. 8/2.
