Description
Harold Wilson was Prime Minister of the UK at the time, and George Brown was his deputy and Foreign Secretary. Pressure from the balance of payments led to devaluation of sterling, which Wilson defended in a television address on 19 November 1967. The boat, called Wilson and numbered 10, is driven by Wilson while Brown sits on the stern
