Biographical note
SHF was Visiting Professor to the Department of Psychiatry, University of North Carolina Medical School, from October-December 1958. He conducted lectures and seminars, undertook a research project on diagnostic group procedure and attended a special conference. Prior to this, SHF visited New York, gave an address at the New York Academy of Medicine sponsored by the Postgraduate Center for Psychotherapy and the Eastern Group Psychotherapy Society and joined a discussion at a round-table conference in New York.
