Description
Minutes of AGMs 1925-1937 are included at the back of the volume.
The remaining minutes are from meetings of the board of directors, which took place three or four times per year for the most part, although they were more frequent at the start.
The meetings deal with the administration of the company, directors' emoluments, the payments of bonuses, the performance of the company, the state of the market, and other related matters.
The copies of minutes in this volume are signed.
On p. 7 there is a report of dramatic price cutting by competitors.
The change in the contents of McDougall's Original Paste, resulting in improved performance, is noted on p. 62. It is decided that the change in contents is not to be made public.
