Description

Negative was wrapped in a strip of paper with the following information. "No. 3: Ephrussi and Sonneborn; No. 4: Callan (Secretary GS?) & EB Ford, President; No. 5: Medawar et al; No. 6: Punnett & EB Ford et al."

No. 2 seems to be a group shot and a copy of this is in the Science photograph album at UGC 198/10/1/1/4.

Then a note in Pontecorvo's handwriting: "I believe I was senior secretary at that time. The meeting was a shamble of organization thanks to me."
