Loose items found in this volume: 1) Eight sheets, 'Notice of Staff Leaving Service', recording staff name, address, department, occupation, date of leaving, reason for leaving, any holidays or time off due which accelerates actual date of leaving, name and address of new employer (only recorded in two cases) and signature of head of department, 27 April 1956-10 June 1956.
