Set of management briefing notes. When the official Report and Accounts were released each year this information was conveyed to the staff by a series of meetings. The precise logistics of this are unclear, though evidence from this series suggests that a video was shown, followed by a discussion session. These meetings seem to have been comprised of line manager and staff groups. These volumes contain all the background information in order to answer anticipated questions.

In 1990 the format was changed slightly with the video being shorter and written information being delivered as part of Tabloid.
