File consists of photographs, photographs on paper and related documents, taken at the seminar on , "Cholesterol, Atherosclerosis and Coronary Disease in the U.K., 1950-2000", which was held at the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at UCL, on 8 March 2005. The seminar was part of the Wellcome Witnesses to Twentieth Century Medicine meetings also known as the Witness Seminars. The transcript of this seminar was published as Volume 27 of the Witness Seminar series, L.A. Reynolds and E.M. Tansey (editors), Cholesterol, Atherosclerosis and Coronary Disease in the U.K., 1950-2000, (London: Wellcome Trust, 2006). Documents include:

Unlike most other seminars there are no pictures printed out on paper sheets.

Listing of the people in each seminar photograph together with the photograph reference number (from C0023338 to C0023441).

Paper copy of the figures and tables used in the published volume and an actual photograph used for figure 2 in the published volume. There are also two photographs of a 54 year old patient with homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia participating in a pre-Olympic fun run in Athens provided by Professor Gilbert Thompson.
