Before the Most Noble and Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of Appeals in Prize Causes. The Rachael Mobareck, otherwise Tatty Mumbarick, Jose Pereira de Souza, master. The Right Honorable William Murray, commonly called Lord William Murray the claimant, as agent for and on behalf of Ephraim Cohen, of the city of Cochin, in the dominions of the Rajah of Old Cochin, and a subject of the said king or rajah, the real, true, lawful, and sole owner and proprietor of the said ship, her Tackle, apparel and furniture, and of the several goods, wares and merchandizes herein after mentioned, laden and on board the said ship at the time of the capture and seizure thereof, in the month of July, 1781, in the Road of Cudalore, in the East Indies, by a party of scapoys, or seamen, under the command of the RIght Honorable Vice-Admiral Sir Edward Hughes, knight of the Most Honorable order of the Bath, commander in chief of a squadron of His Majesty's Ships and vessels in the East Indies, appellant.
