Items 64-65 formed part of the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum's own administrative documentation. Two items are labelled as accessions 69742 (purchased from Bhajam Lal, Bharatpore, September 1935) and 331503 (purchased from Her Majesty's Stationary Office, February 1977) but do not correspond to the descriptions given at the appropriate points in the accessions register.
