Correspondence concerning: the return of "various Metlakahtla documents" loaned to Henry Wellcome by the William Duncan Estate; and "the unfinished work now before Sir Henry Wellcome's Washington office" (James W Witten to T Nevin, 25 August 1936) - see Witten's attached detailed memorandum.

Copy letter (16 June, 1936) Wellcome to Witten, in which Wellcome "empower[s] and authorise[s]" Witten "to take such steps and perform such acts as may tend to effectuate [Wellcome's] desires and purposes" - details follow.

List of monthly expenditure on the "Metlakahtla Case" (£88,076.16.05 to 31 August 1933, with further monthly sums listed for 1933-35).
