Folio printed broadsheet listing simples on sale in London, printed in six columns. 605 x 483 mm. Issued with a similar sheet listing compound medicines, Preparationes chymicae et Galenicae (London, 1747)

Five copies of each, used by Thomas Corbyn and his partners in stock-taking 1754-73, and annotated with quantities of stock. With a sixth copy of Praeparationes (date of use not stated).
