Biographical note

This was a project which was to be a unique multi-disciplinary programme on sexual health for the people of Liverpool. It aimed to provide a centre for young people that would provide advice and information, specialist counselling, and other health service including contraceptive advice and genito-urinary sessional advice. The HEC provided a grant for research into teenage sexuality and relationships but did not provide any further action after the research because of certain "sensitivities" around the idea of the project.
