    About this work

    Description

    Comprises a folder of digital scans of original photographs made by FD's son, along with a list of the images with information about them, a biography of FD written by his son for the unveiling of a blue plaque in St Annes Square (the location of FD's practice) and supplementary notes to FD's bibliography made by his son. The digital images comprises photographs from conferences, awards ceremonies, other professional events and family photographs. The original photographs date from c.1904-1974

    Some, although not all, of the orginal photographs are in PP/FDN/E/1 where they are annotated with the digital image file number in the format 'CD 1', 'CD 2' etc.

    Appraisal note

    Thumbs.db and .DS_Store files have been removed during the automated ingest process. Three documents containing supplementary information to assist cataloguing have been removed from the archive and placed in the Collection File.
