Description
Charles Milner vs. Alicia Milner alias Taylor, in re John Milner, deceased. Official copies of two documentary records. The case concerned John Milner, M.D. of Aylesford who died intestate in 1724, and the action was brought by his brother Charles in respect of John's marriage settlement drawn up in 1723.
