Biographical note

The FPA formed an advisory group for the outreach projects operating for Asian and Afro-Caribbean communities in Dudley, Sandwell and West Birmingham. The role of the group was to review and evaluate the work, explore difficulties and challenges faced by workers, highlight specific needs of the communities and to develop action plans for future work. The various projects aimed to meet the information needs of people in these communities.
