2 December, 1949. Signed Agreement between The Wellcome Foundation Ltd (vendor) and Emanuel Latchman (purchaser) for certain properties adjoining Euston Road, Gower Street and Gower Place, St Pancras, London. Price, £86,250. With plan bound into document.

21 December, 1949. Signed Supplemental Agreement between The Wellcome Foundation Ltd (vendor) and Emanuel Latchman (purchaser), in which the price is increased to £86, 930.

20 February, 1950. Signed and sealed Surrender and Release of certain properties adjoining Euston Road, Gower Street and Gower Place, St Pancras, London. Between Midland Bank Ltd and The Wellcome Foundation Ltd.

24 February, 1950. Release (without signatures) of Part of Property or Undertaking from Mortgage or Charge (138 and 140 Gower St, 25-28 Gower Place, 209, 211, 213, 215, 217, and 219 Euston Road, 29-35 Gower Place, 221, 223 and 225 Euston Road, and 142 and 144 Gower Street).

10 July, 1950. Signed Further Supplemental Agreement between The Wellcome Foundation Ltd (vendor) and Emanuel Latchman (purchaser). "Completion of the purchase of the said properties did not take place on or before Twenty fourth June One thousand nine hundred and fifty and the Vendor has agreed at the request of the Purchaser and for the consideration hereinafter mentioned to extend the time for completion of the purchase until the Twenty ninth day of September One thousand nine hundred and fifty..." (Clause 2).

The Metropolitan Railway Surplus Lands Company Ltd (vendor), Legal and General Assurance Society Ltd (purchaser), for £51,500.
