10 July, 1950. Signed Further Supplemental Agreement between The Wellcome Foundation Ltd (vendor) and Emanuel Latchman (purchaser). "Completion of the purchase of the said properties did not take place on or before Twenty fourth June One thousand nine hundred and fifty and the Vendor has agreed at the request of the Purchaser and for the consideration hereinafter mentioned to extend the time for completion of the purchase until the Twenty ninth day of September One thousand nine hundred and fifty..."
