Biographical note
Working party on Liaison between Universities and Government Research Establishment. The Working Party was set up under the Chairmanship of Sir Gordon Sutherland, and an interim report was produced in October 1965. It was then decided to expand the Committee to present a final report by June 1966. Chain was invited to serve on the Committee in November 1965. The Secretary of the Working Party was A.V. Cohen
