Incudes Notice (30 April, 1966) sent to Employees of the Eves Division, beginning: "As you will know, Cooper, McDougall & Robertson Limited have acquired the business carried on by the Eves Division of Forestal Industries (UK) Limited and the purchase will be finally completed within the next few days. As from 1st May 1966 therefore, those employees of Forestal who were employed in the Eves Division will become employees of V W Eves & Co Ltd, which will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cooper, McDougall & Robertson Limited."
