On In-Patients Letter for William Solomons of Pool (a miner suffering from consumption) for admission to the City of London Hospital for Diseases of the Chest, Victoria Park, signed by James Bankart for Dr Peacock, dated 1 August 1862, and one envelope addressed to Bankart at the Tyacks Hotel, Camborne, Cornwall, with 'Mine Commission 1862' printed on the front.
