Tractatus in universam Aristotelis philosophiam ad mentem Doctoris Subtilis Joannis Duns Scoti (Scriptus per manus Martini Bernardi Witek). Illustrated with rough pen-drawn diagrams and figures, and by three inserted full-page 17th cent. engravings: Christ in the crib, as frontispiece; the B.V.M. and the Holy House of Loretto, before the 'Physica'; and St. Augustine, before the 'Metaphysica'. At the end is a broadside (50 × 36 cm) with an engraving of the Holy House, containing 'Theses problematicae ex universa philosophia ad mentem Scoto-Aristotelicam quas in ... Principis Cardinalis ab Harrach Archi-Episcopi Pragensis Seminario Praeside R.P.F. Guilielmo Antonio Brauczek ... publicae disputatione pro et contra proposuit ... Martinus Bernardus Witek ... 1665'. Disputationes Metaphysicae. 1665 (ff. 631-643). In the above the 'De anima' and the last section are assigned to Brauczek, the remainder to Carolus à Goldpurk or Goldburk. MS. No. 2542 contains another version of these lecture notes, dated 1661-63, written by W. B. Nigrinus. On the title 'Bibliotheca Beneschoviensis' and below 'Ex legato D.R.D. Wenceslai Bernardi Singer Curati Paczoviensis Anno 1717'. Produced in Prague.
