Notebook filled by Alan Williams with workings, notes and comments on his Immunology work. This book mainly contains methods already established and developed in the scientific world before Williams, he noted them down for use in his work and therefore it is a record of many of the techniques he would have used in the laboratory. This includes detailed notes on the method for rat thoracic duct canulation which Alan would have used to obtain pure lymphocytes, an important aspect of his work.
