Description
Formed in Apr 1919 to cover Central and North Wales and the former Welsh section of the West of England and South Wales Branch (see N.14). It covered the area administered by the Welsh Board of Health established under the Ministry of Health Bill. It was dissolved in 1974 and a Welsh Region established in May.
